| Single Core Flexible Cables Confirming
To IS 694-1990 Voltage Grade up to 1100 Volts..
Conductors
The process involves drawing of thin conductors from bright
electrolytic grade copper rods (99.9% pure) and annealed conductors
are bunched together.
Insulations
Specially formulated grade of FRPVC compound is capable of
with standing higher conductor temperatures. Continuous rating
of 105 0C and intermittent rating of 125 0C enables the cable
to be overload without endangering safety. The insulation
is resistant to boiling water , stream and vapours to prevent
aging and cracking in practical usage in kitchens, bathrooms,
damp walls, chemical industries etc.
Quality Control
Minimax FRPVC insulated copper conductor (unheated) wire
and cables are manufactured in sizes from 0.50 to 16 sq.mm.
in single core. High quality standards are in-built in Minimax
Cables. Strict quality control at every stage from raw material,
production and finely at finish products ensure that the Minimax
cables meet National & International standards .The cables
are confirm to ISI standards which offers complete safety
and protection against electrical shocks, short circuits and
fires.
